As a BanquetBartender,youwillberesponsiblefordeliveringfriendly,professionalbeverageservicewhilemaintaininghighstandardsofquality,efficiency,andpresentation. Theidealcandidatehasapositiveattitude,strongbartendingskills,andthrivesinafast-pacedbanquetandeventenvironment.
JobDutiesandResponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto:
- Prepareandservealcoholicandnon-alcoholicbeveragesinaccordancewithrecipes,companystandards,andSmartServeregulations.
- Provideexceptionalcustomerservicetoguestswhilecreatingawelcomingandprofessionalatmosphere.
- Setup,stock,andmaintainbanquetbarsbefore,during,andafterevents.
- Processbeverageordersaccuratelyandefficientlywhilemaintainingcashandinventorycontrolswhereapplicable.
- Ensurebarareasremainclean,organized,andfullystockedthroughoutevents.
- VerifyguestidentificationandservealcoholresponsiblyincompliancewithSmartServeandcompanypolicies.
- Workcollaborativelywithbanquetservers,supervisors,andkitchenstafftoensureseamlesseventexecution.
- Maintainaprofessionalappearanceandpositiveattitudewhilerepresentingthecompany.
- Adapttovaryingeventsizesandservicestyleswhileworkingefficientlyinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Followallhealth,safety,andsanitationstandards.
Qualifications
- Previousbartendingexperience,preferablyinbanquet,hospitality,orrestaurantsettings.
- Mixologyknowledgeandexperiencepreparingawidevarietyofcocktails.
- Strongcustomerserviceandinterpersonalcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomultitaskandremainorganizedduringhigh-volumeevents.
- Flexibleavailability,includingmornings,evenings,weekends,andholidays.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- SmartServeCertificationisrequired.
- ExperiencewiththeToastPOSsystemisconsideredanasset.
