Our Place Society in Victoria is seeking a Housing / Shelter Support Worker to engage residents, provide one-on-one counselling, and help deliver life skills and harm reduction support within our shelter programs.
You will participate in intake, develop short-term intervention plans, coordinate with the team, respond to medical emergencies, and maintain safety and cleanliness while upholding OPS policies.
