Job Description
Clinical education is at the heart of nursing - and so are the dedicated professionals who bring it to life. Oulton College is currently seeking Practical Nursing Clinical Instructorsto join our team. As a Clinical Instructor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping future LPN's, ensuring they graduate with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in diverse healthcare settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and mentor PN students during long-term care clinical placements in the Moncton area.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster skill development in real-world environments
- Support the integration of classroom learning with clinical practice
- Promote professional attitudes and practices that reflect excellence in patient care
Requirements
- Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Good standing with the ANBLPN (Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses) or ability to acquire a license.
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Experience in long term care setting
- Wages aligned with industry standard
- Part time or full time hours available.
