The role combines commercial insurance knowledge, client communication, analytical judgment, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage primary client relationships and strategic service communications
- Lead annual renewals, negotiations, submissions, and implementation
- Review policies, issue certificates, and maintain accurate records
- Identify coverage gaps and support risk management initiatives
- Coordinate claims communications among clients, adjusters, and carriers
Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license
- Five-plus years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Knowledge of products, coverages, policy forms, and endorsements
- Proficiency with agency systems, carrier portals, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong client service, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
