As a Payroll Coordinator, you will oversee hourly and salaried payrolls within OSL Retail Services' collaborative six-person payroll team. Your work will support accurate processing, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires hands-on payroll systems expertise, Canadian legislation knowledge, and careful data auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and finalize complex multi-frequency payrolls
- Maintain records and configurations in ADP Workforce Now
- Audit time-tracking data using advanced Excel functions
- Complete monthly and year-end payroll reconciliations
- Resolve escalated inquiries with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of progressive full-cycle payroll experience
- Active Payroll Compliance Professional designation required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other payroll systems
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and CRA regulations
- Strong auditing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
