Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas like hallways and laundry rooms
- Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants promptly
- Inspect the building and outdoor environment daily
- Conduct light repairs, including electrical and plumbing
- Oversee fire safety equipment and compliance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in residential property management
- Excellent DIY skills for minor repairs
