Lead Workday implementation and HRIS transformation at Ornge in Mississauga, using project governance and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid workplace. This contract full-time role leads Ornge’s organization-wide Workday program across HR and Payroll. The position suits an experienced project leader with enterprise technology, business transformation, or HRIS implementation experience. You will partner with senior leaders, subject matter experts, technology teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver the program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday implementation against organizational priorities and business objectives
- Manage planning, governance, execution, testing, deployment, stabilization, and optimization
- Control project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Oversee solution design, data migration, integrations, reporting, and analytics
- Lead change management, communication, training, and adoption activities
Requirements:
- Seven years leading complex enterprise technology or transformation initiatives
- End-to-end enterprise implementation experience through deployment and stabilization
- University degree or equivalent education and experience
- Project Management Professional designation required or strongly preferred
- Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners
