Transform HR and Payroll through Workday at Ornge, leading business process redesign, change management, and enterprise implementation delivery in Mississauga. As Business Transformation Lead, you will guide a major organization-wide Workday implementation for Ornge. This contract full-time position focuses on improving process efficiency, consistency, governance, and user experience across the transformation. The role requires experience delivering complex enterprise technology, HRIS, ERP, HCM, or business transformation initiatives. Workday experience is a strong asset. Key Responsibilities:
Lead business process review and redesign activities Establish governance, security, and change control processes Coordinate testing, deployment, stabilization, and optimization phases Provide recommendations to sponsors, committees, and senior leaders Maximize business value through continuous improvement after implementation Requirements:
Minimum seven years leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives Experience with large-scale organizational change and process transformation Strong enterprise implementation methodologies and governance understanding Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Change Management certification considered an asset Apply transformation leadership, process redesign, governance, and change management expertise to Ornge’s Workday HR and Payroll program.
