Engage in cross-disciplinary discussions to solve complex return-to-play cases and refine programming strategies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coach athletes across our Team Training and OPP (Onsite Performance Programs)
- Contribute to individualized programming using athlete data and testing results
- Communicate and collaborate with physiotherapists and rehab professionals
- Build strong rapport with athletes, parents, and support teams
- Participate in ongoing education, staff development, and content creation
- Contribute to a high-performance environment that values precision, intent, and care
What We're Looking For
- BSc in Kinesiology or related field (MSc or advanced coursework an asset)
- NSCA CSCS or equivalent certification
- Experience coaching athletes in a high-performance setting
- Confidence in using data to guide decision-making
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality
- Eagerness to grow within a collaborative, innovative team
Role Details
Location: NE Calgary
Schedule: Primarily Afternoons and Evenings (Potential for weekends as well).
Employment Type: Full-Time (Employee).
