- Implement safety protocols for regional hot end operations
- Manage complex glass melting and combustion processes
- Develop technical talent through effective team training
- Define and standardize best-in-class manufacturing processes
- Analyze and optimize performance across regional plants
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Skilled in data analysis and decision-making
- Experience with TPM, Lean, and 6 Sigma methodologies
- Ability to travel regionally and globally, approx. 40%
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex operations
