Lead complex solution design with Orgvue as a Senior Solutions Engineer, using JavaScript and LLM tools in a hybrid or remote setting. Help partners and customers solve challenging platform needs. As a senior technical expert, you will design, develop, and deliver capabilities within the Orgvue platform. You will collaborate with partners, Product Management, Engineering, Partner Success, and Customer Experience teams. The work includes requirements gathering, implementation guidance, deployment, and early adoption. Key Responsibilities:
Resolve complex customer and partner challenges as a technical expert Lead custom solution design, development, and delivery Translate market needs into scalable solution concepts Develop documentation, configuration guidance, and reusable assets Mentor Solutions Engineers and enable partner-facing teams Requirements:
Significant Orgvue or comparable enterprise SaaS experience Strong solution design, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities Programming skills including JavaScript; Python is ideal Practical experience using LLM tools in technical workflows Understanding of data structures, analytics, and modelling concepts Apply technical consulting, JavaScript, solution design, and LLM expertise to advance Orgvue solutions for customers and partners.
