Lead Orangetheory Fitness coaching with team development and high-energy class execution at the center of this Head Coach position.
The Head Coach recruits, onboards, mentors, and evaluates Orangetheory Fitness Coaches. This position delivers 15–20 classes weekly while managing administrative duties. It also supports scheduling, equipment safety, performance tracking, and studio collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and mentor fitness coaches
- Conduct evaluations, feedback sessions, and monthly staff meetings
- Deliver 15–20 high-energy classes weekly
- Follow daily brand templates during safe OTF workouts
- Track attendance, utilization, retention, and operational goals
Requirements:
- Current NCCA-accredited or equivalent Canadian fitness certification
- Valid CPR/AED certification
- One to two years as a Group Fitness Instructor
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong public speaking and multitasking abilities
