You'll play a vital role in their development, conducting evaluations, leading team meetings, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Directly lead and motivate an engaged team
- Prepare formal evaluations and continuous performance reviews
- Facilitate productive team meetings and one-on-one discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships across branches
- Provide mentorship to new and existing hires
Requirements:
- RIBO License or related certifications a plus
- 3+ years focused on Personal Lines Insurance
- Experience in a leadership capacity recommended
- Exceptional communication and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry tools is advantageous
