Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional Marketing Technology work. This person will serve as the operational backbone of the team, creating visibility, coordinating activity, reinforcing accountability, and helping work move forward across multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Our organization operates within SAFe today, but the role requires flexibility rather than strict adherence to a single methodology. Over time, the work may incorporate more project management practices. The right candidate will be comfortable selecting and applying the delivery approach that best fits the work, the team, and the outcome.
