In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Labour Relations, guiding operational leaders, HR, and senior management on collective agreement administration and grievance resolution. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide labour relations support to operational teams
- Manage grievance processes from start to resolution
- Support collective bargaining preparation and participation
- Build relationships with community leaders for effective decision-making
- Monitor labour legislation trends and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of progressive labour relations experience
- Background in collective bargaining and grievance management
- Post-secondary education in related fields
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to multiple communities in Alberta and British Columbia
