Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role involves performing essential upkeep tasks, minor repairs, and maintaining equipment. Your focus will be on promoting safety and functionality within our communities while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization. This position contributes significantly to the comfort of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute basic maintenance tasks across buildings
- Assemble and repair furniture and fixtures
- Conduct basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Assist with preventive maintenance checks
- Keep work areas clean and hazard-free
Requirements:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Experience in carpentry and plumbing is helpful
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
