Sell Operto ONE through consultative discovery and demonstrations in a hybrid Account Executive role serving hospitality operators.
As an Account Executive, you will convert qualified B2B SaaS opportunities into customers and help hotels increase profitable direct bookings. You will work with hotel owners, operators, and revenue leaders to understand goals, quantify OTA dependency, and build business cases. The role covers discovery, product demonstrations, terms review, closing, pipeline management, and forecasting. You will also collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success while sharing customer and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Sales Qualified Leads with SDRs and the Sales Manager
- Conduct discovery and personalized Operto ONE demonstrations
- Quantify OTA commission savings and direct revenue opportunities
- Review terms, close business, and achieve quarterly targets
- Maintain pipeline accuracy and share hospitality market insights
Requirements:
- One to two plus years closing B2B SaaS deals
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and active listening skills
- Experience managing opportunities, forecasts, and organized pipelines
- Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms
