YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to support and enhance critical customer service and service management platforms, including Service Now, Siebel CRM, Oracle B2C Service, and other enterprise applications such as Zendesk and Open Text Service Management.
This role is responsible for day-to-day operational support, solution enhancements, reliability improvements, and system integrations.
The successful candidate will excel at troubleshooting, documentation, solution design, and implementation of scalable enterprise solutions.
Data migration initiatives may become part of the role in the future but are not an immediate primary responsibility.

- Opportunity to support and enhance mission-critical enterprise applications, including Service Now, Oracle B2C Service, Siebel CRM, Zendesk, and Open Text Service Management.
- Play a key role in resolving complex technical challenges and driving operational excellence across customer-facing platforms.
- Design, develop, and implement application enhancements that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work on enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies across a diverse technology landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, database, security, and external vendors, to deliver business solutions.
- Lead modernization and automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
- Influence application architecture, technical design decisions, and best practices for enterprise systems.
- Expand your technical expertise while contributing to continuous improvement, release management, and digital transformation initiatives.
- What You Need To Succeed
- 8+ years of enterprise software development and application support experience.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more of Service Now, Oracle B2C Service, Siebel CRM, Zendesk, or Open Text Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, REST APIs, web services, relational databases, SQL, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple customer service or ITSM platforms.
- Experience with Python, Java Script, Power Shell, automation, and Dev Ops practices.
- Experience with cloud-based Saa S platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Data migration experience considered an asset.

Compensation

Salary Range
$81,600-122,400; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
