Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global commercial litigation matters with external counsel
- Provide commercial litigation risk assessments and support
- Collaborate on cross-border mergers and corporate initiatives
- Maintain ties with business and sales teams globally
- Advise on software compliance and related legal issues
Requirements:
- J.D. with 3-8 years in commercial litigation
- Licensed to practice law in Canada
- Knowledge of software licensing and compliance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred
