Lead complex API integrations as a Senior Solutions Engineer at OpenTable in Toronto, using REST APIs and system integration expertise. This hybrid role expects office attendance two days weekly. You will independently own sophisticated implementations across OpenTable’s partner and restaurant ecosystem. The work spans technical discovery, solution design, implementation, launch, and ongoing issue resolution. You will influence scalable improvements across integrations and developer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Lead API integrations from discovery through production launch Own quarter-length technical projects and partner implementations Advise sophisticated partners and restaurant groups technically Diagnose API issues using logs and request responses Coordinate Product, Engineering, Security, and partner stakeholders Requirements:
Significant customer-facing technical experience in Solutions Engineering or similar Deep REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and integration experience Experience debugging requests, responses, logs, and complex integration issues Successfully led technical implementations through production launch Ability to identify dependencies and drive technical decisions Bring API integration leadership, technical judgment, and troubleshooting expertise to OpenTable’s Toronto-based partner ecosystem.
