The Sales Administrator supports the Sales department within OpenRoad Honda Burnaby. Responsibilities include ordering inventory, locating vehicles, stocking new units, and tracking deal costs. The position also supports Finance & Insurance, Product Advisors, dealership demos, and D Plate administration. Candidates need computer proficiency, professionalism, sound judgment, and a valid British Columbia Driver's License.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly inventory orders and locate vehicles from other dealers
- Stock in new units promptly and efficiently
- Track accessories and other added vehicle deal costs
- Register, insure, and update dealership demos and D Plates
- Support Product Advisors with incoming sold unit updates
Requirements:
- Previous CDK experience
- Strong computer skills using internet and MS Office
- Ability to maintain records in computerized systems
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid British Columbia Driver's License with good driving record
