As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate product, engineering, research, and partnerships for ScreamingFace and AI Oversight. You will turn quarterly OKRs into dated plans, manage dependencies, and keep delivery visible. The work requires familiarity with distributed systems, LLM infrastructure, privacy-enhancing technologies, and AI-native workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Own milestones, dependencies, and release dates for flagship initiatives Run planning, tracking, status reporting, and retrospectives Build AI agents and automations for project management Maintain roadmaps and coordinate partner and grant deliverables Report progress, risks, and trade-offs to leadership Requirements:
Seven or more years managing technical projects or programs Experience building project management practices, standards, and cadences Hands-on use of AI agents or automations for management work Technical degree or three-plus years as a software engineer Deep experience with Linear, Jira, and GitHub Bring technical program leadership, AI workflow expertise, and delivery discipline to OpenMined's privacy-focused initiatives.
