Guide domains spanning patient care, platforms, data, and client experience. As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will define direction for a product domain and influence multiple teams. You will partner with the VP of Product while working across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations, and go-to-market. OpenLoop supports virtual and hybrid care through its white-label platform, clinician network, payer coverage, integrations, and patient support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set 12–24-month domain vision and sequence delivery
- Align teams around strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Define metrics and course-correct with leadership
- Lead cross-functional decisions and resolve tradeoffs
- Build AI features with review, evaluations, and monitoring
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience
