This Project Coordinator role supports fire protection solutions through organized project administration and cross-team coordination. You will help develop timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project documentation. The work includes tracking progress, addressing risks, and supporting senior project managers while maintaining client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate activities across teams within budgets and deadlines
- Maintain reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Communicate with teams, clients, and project stakeholders
- Track progress, risks, issues, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, engineering, or related field
- One to two years of project management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or industry experience is an asset
