Manage planning through close-out while protecting budgets and safety. Onyx Fire seeks a Project Manager for new construction, retrofit, and renovation projects. You will coordinate Project Coordinators, Road Supervisors, electricians, and technicians. The work covers schedules, procurement, documentation, client communication, financial performance, and applicable code requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects from handover and planning through verification and close-out Develop schedules, milestones, and resource plans with field leadership Review drawings, specifications, contracts, deliverables, and project risks Coordinate procurement, deliveries, subcontractors, and field activities Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, change orders, and progress billing Requirements:
At least three years of construction project management experience Experience with fire alarm installation projects and sequencing Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and applicable codes Strong budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and billing skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project Bring fire alarm project leadership, financial management, client communication, and construction coordination skills to Onyx Fire projects across Ontario.
