This experienced Paralegal supports ONxpress Civils' Legal Affairs team on a major transportation infrastructure project. The work combines contract administration, claims management, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and corporate governance. You will collaborate with lawyers, commercial managers, project executives, contract administrators, procurement professionals, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, prepare, and administer contracts and legal documentation
- Maintain legal records, contract databases, and document management systems
- Track claims, disputes, deadlines, notices, and compliance obligations
- Coordinate documentation with multidisciplinary project teams
- Prepare research, chronologies, reports, and briefing materials
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in paralegal studies, law clerk, or related field
- Five or more years in legal, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or corporate environments
- Experience supporting contracts, claims, or legal operations
- Experience with performance security forms and claims
- Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems proficiency
