In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data conversion processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of data from multiple HR systems to the Dayforce HCM system.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of data conversion methodologies and best practices
- Experience in developing and implementing data conversion strategies, including timelines, resource allocation, QA, and risk mitigation plans
- Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in relevant data conversion tools and technologies
