This limited-term coordinator reports to the Director, Planning and Operations. The work includes communications campaigns, social media management, event coordination, and project support for the Dean's Office. The role also supports reporting for external funding partners and publishes Faculty activity reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Faculty communications and marketing campaigns
- Write, edit, and organize print and digital materials
- Manage FEAS social media channels and content schedules
- Coordinate recruitment and Faculty brand awareness events
- Prepare reports for external outreach funding partners
Requirements:
- Three-year post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or public relations
- Over one and up to three years of related experience
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong image, video, text, writing, and editing skills
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities
