As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide professional treatments within a first-class spa facility. Your work includes understanding guest needs, creating comfort, and supporting a seamless experience across both spas. The position is with Lais Hotel Properties Limited and may involve opportunities at Vintage Hotels or Niagara's Finest Hotels properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, exceptional service during every guest interaction
- Deliver massage therapy consistent with CMTO guidelines
- Maintain sanitation standards under Public Health guidelines
- Coordinate guest needs with the Spa Concierge
- Promote products and services through professional education
Requirements:
- College diploma from a minimum two-year massage therapy program
- Registration and good standing with CMTO
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor and pleasant personality
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills
