Lead enterprise business architecture at Ontario Power Generation through capability modeling, process modernization, and strategic technology decisions. This daytime role requires 10% travel.
As Senior Business Architect, you will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture. You will develop future-state capabilities, value streams, process models, operating-model views, customer journeys, and investment roadmaps. Your work will inform business and IT investments, large-scale implementation, and SAP-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create business architecture models, roadmaps, and customer journey maps
- Identify innovation opportunities and assess emerging technologies
- Advise architects on impacts, dependencies, risks, costs, and benefits
- Define future-state processes, standards, and procedures
- Translate organizational objectives into clear technology requirements
Requirements:
- Four-year university education in a related discipline
- Over 10 years supporting modernization initiatives
- Experience developing business architecture artefacts and transformation roadmaps
- Experience partnering with enterprise, solution, and technical architects
- Experience driving SAP-enabled transformation and change adoption
