Lead ONE ID strategy and roadmap execution at Ontario Health while applying product management, requirements analysis, and Agile practices in-office. This Senior Product Manager owns the ONE ID product roadmap and backlog. You will align priorities with customer needs, organizational objectives, and dependencies. The work spans user research, stakeholder engagement, functional requirements, releases, and product performance. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the ONE ID roadmap and backlog Define product vision with management and cross-functional teams Lead research, requirements elicitation, validation, and prioritization Collaborate with development, quality assurance, DevOps, and design teams Monitor KPIs and champion Agile continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline 10+ years in product management, including IAM environments 10+ years owning product backlogs, releases, and requirements Strong Agile, SDLC, process mapping, JIRA, and Confluence knowledge Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills Bring senior product leadership, IAM expertise, and roadmap discipline to ONE ID at Ontario Health in Ontario.
