Use Power BI and performance analysis as a Contract Specialist supporting Ontario Health atHome's Medical Equipment and Supplies portfolio. Flexible work location is available at Ontario Health atHome offices, space permitting.
This Contract Specialist role supports provincial planning, reporting, monitoring, and contract management for medical equipment and supplies. You will develop dashboards, scorecards, and recommendations using operational, financial, utilization, inventory, procurement, and vendor data. Your analysis supports standardization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish standardized MES reporting methodologies and performance measures
- Integrate, validate, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop vendor scorecards and performance review materials
- Support procurement, contract implementation, and transition activities
- Prepare governance presentations, briefing notes, and recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree in business, supply chain, health, finance, economics, or related discipline
- Experience using Power BI and business intelligence tools
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, scorecards, and analytical tools
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
