Key Responsibilities:
- Lead municipal and industrial water and wastewater contract operations
- Develop strategic, financial, budget, and resource plans
- Oversee health, safety, regulatory, and contractual compliance
- Lead responses to emergencies, incidents, and municipal situations
- Manage client relationships, retention, growth, and profitability
Requirements:
- Experience leading diverse multidisciplinary operational teams
- Knowledge of wastewater services operating continuously across multiple sites
- Understanding of SCADA, Maximo, and financial programs
- Knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and security legislation
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence
