Lead business operations at OCWA’s Georgian Highlands Regional Hub in Shelburne, managing financial planning, contracts, human resources, and administrative services. As Regional Hub Business Manager, you will oversee regional office operations under the Regional Hub Manager. You will support management, coordinate programs and projects, and improve business systems, processes, and service delivery. The role serves Ontario Clean Water Agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage human resources, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee purchasing, procurement, contracts, renewals, and business planning
- Lead business change management and process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate client, contract, facility, and project requirements
- Develop stakeholder relationships and advise senior management on sensitive matters
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario, including overnight travel
- Knowledge of human resources practices and collective agreements
- Knowledge of financial, administrative, and business planning procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bring operational leadership, business planning, financial oversight, and process improvement expertise to OCWA’s regional water services.
