As an ONroute Brand Manager, you oversee assigned quick service food brand operations and hourly teams. You collaborate with the plaza team to achieve sales, budget, franchise standards, and service objectives. The position includes ordering, food cost management, audits, coaching, scheduling, and Health and Safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, schedules, sales, and budgeted targets
- Execute ordering, inventory, receiving, storage, and reconciliation processes
- Hire, train, coach, and develop Crew Members and Shift Supervisors
- Deliver brand, audit, Health and Safety, and customer service standards
- Act as Manager-in-Charge when plaza leaders are absent
Requirements:
- Three to five years supervising high-volume food or merchandise operations
- Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong food service operations knowledge and customer experience focus
- Effective communication, collaboration, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to and from the plaza
