Lead Onni’s creative vision through video strategy and editorial direction, shaping compelling content for its diverse business portfolio across North America. As Senior Creative Producer, you will define stories, guide production, and maintain consistent brand voices across content and paid advertising. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Leasing, and Hospitality teams on visual campaigns. The role includes leading in-house talent and production partners, while developing video, podcast, and storytelling initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Define stories and editorial direction for Onni’s portfolio Lead video, podcast, photo, and storytelling initiatives Establish brand and visual guidelines across business lines Oversee production calendars, budgets, vendors, and equipment Travel to properties and hospitality locations across North America Requirements:
Experience leading creative vision and content strategy Ability to guide end-to-end video and photo production Experience building and mentoring creative production teams Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats Ability to use performance insights to refine creative strategy Bring editorial leadership, production expertise, and platform strategy to Onni’s video and content programs across North America.
