Paid social expertise drives hospitality bookings and residential sales at Onni Group, with hands-on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn campaign management.
As Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will execute campaigns primarily for Hospitality, while supporting Residential brands. You will manage budgets, audiences, bidding, conversion tracking, SEO audits, reporting, and AI-assisted workflows. The role reports to the VP, Residential & Hospitality Sales, following daily guidance from two Digital Marketing Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, leads, bookings, and revenue goals
- Design A/B tests across creative, audiences, and placements
- Maintain GTM, platform pixels, and conversion events
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- Six-plus years of hands-on paid social media buying experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and other platforms
- Experience configuring GTM and platform conversion tags
- Experience with GA4, Looker, reports, and dashboards
- Regular hands-on use of Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools
