As Senior Estimator, you will support large institutional, commercial, healthcare, education, and complex construction projects. Your work will cover drywall systems, steel stud framing, acoustic ceilings, fire-rated assemblies, and interior finishing systems. You will collaborate throughout pre-construction. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for complex construction projects Lead detailed bids covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors Analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, risks, and discrepancies Perform quantity take-offs using industry-standard estimating software Mentor junior estimators and maintain estimating standards Requirements:
