ON Group is seeking a highly motivated lead salesperson to drive room-based sales for real estate-related placements across Ontario. You will present to brokerages and teams, close deals in the room, and own multi-year term contracts that build long-term client loyalty.
You will report to the CEO and have an opportunity to build and manage a sales team as the business scales, earning uncapped commissions and equity as milestones are achieved.
