As an ACMF, your primary role will be supporting a Village Church Planting Supervisor to promote church planting across regions such as Africa, Asia, and more. You will provide guidance, training, and prayer support while managing a committed spiritual life. International travel 1-2 times per year will be required to execute the mission's objectives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cast vision and encourage church planting initiatives
- Train and support local leaders in effective ministry
- Actively provide prayer support and encouragement
- Assist with establishing accountability for church growth
- Conduct regular follow-up visits for support
Requirements:
- Prior ministry experience is highly regarded
- Strong desire to support leaders through care
- Committed to a vibrant prayer life
- Flexibility for international travel 1-2 times a year
- Engaged in an evangelical church community
