Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with departments to address employment issues
- Coordinate daily People & Culture activities effectively
- Enhance communication across the organization
- Champion recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Advocate for employees and partner with management on solutions
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related field
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of BC Employment Standards
- Experience in culturally diverse environments
