This role involves managing a dedicated team while ensuring effective communication, high-quality data delivery, and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a culture of safety and scientific integrity
- Supervise a team of 4-6 Research Associates
- Manage lab schedules and project priorities
- Produce Standard Operating Procedures and protocols
- Oversee equipment maintenance and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Over 3 years in bioscience or biotechnology
- Previous managerial experience; PMP preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Quality Control or Assurance experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
