As Communications Manager, you will work with the Senior Director, Communications across OM Canada and its agencies. You will bring business, people and culture to life through internal communications, employer-brand content, digital channels and public relations. Your work will support employee engagement and awareness of OM's capabilities and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies
- Lead editorial calendars, newsletters, announcements and leadership communications
- Partner with People and Human Resources on employer-brand communications
- Create content for social media, websites, intranet and internal platforms
- Support external communications, public relations and employee events
Requirements:
- Seven to ten years' corporate communications or related experience
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience executing internal and external communications programs
- Strong social media, digital communications and content development understanding
- Bachelor's degree preferred; English and French bilingualism is an asset
