Support private investment operations across global markets using transaction processing, reconciliations, valuation support, and operational controls. This Analyst role works across multiple products and jurisdictions.
The Analyst provides middle-office support throughout private investment lifecycles, including private credit, leveraged finance, funds, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. You will maintain operational records, process activity, validate information, and support reporting and control execution. The role works with investment teams, managers, administrators, custodians, loan agents, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions, settlements, valuations, positions, and cash flows accurately
- Administer loans, leveraged facilities, funds, co-investments, and SMAs
- Coordinate capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions
- Review information and investigate routine operational exceptions
- Execute reconciliations and maintain audit-ready control evidence
Requirements:
- Two-plus years in investment or fund operations
- Experience in loan administration, banking, accounting, or alternatives
- Working knowledge of private credit and leveraged finance
- Working knowledge of fund investments, hedge funds, or co-investments
- Ability to communicate risks, blockers, and deadline conflicts clearly
