As Associate Director, you will lead the Process Engineering practice within Data and Technology. You will guide a team while transforming processes across Investments, Corporate, and Real Estate. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Process Engineers across transformation initiatives
- Prioritize AI, automation, analytics, and simplification opportunities
- Lead transformations from analysis through adoption and benefits realization
- Design resilient technology support models and governance
- Mature delivery methodology, standards, tools, and ways of working
Requirements:
- Significant process engineering or business transformation experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional process analysis and future-state design
- Experience enabling digital transformation and technology-enabled change
- Experience coaching Process Engineers or comparable professionals
- Strong strategic, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills
