Lead commercial property management at Square One Shopping Centre in Mississauga, using tenant relations, financial reporting, and service leadership expertise. As Senior Property Manager, you will lead key property management functions and direct three team members. The role coordinates with Operations, Security, Marketing, Leasing, Development, Legal, and Finance. Its focus includes tenant relations, guest services, employee engagement, administration, reporting, and maintaining Square One’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve tenant and guest inquiries regarding property policies and issues
- Lead Assistant Property Manager, Guest Experience Manager, and Coordinator
- Oversee administration, documentation, communications, and service delivery
- Coordinate budgets, forecasts, reporting, and tenant sales analysis
- Assume Centre leadership and Incident Commander responsibilities when required
Requirements:
- Minimum five years managerial commercial real estate experience
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or related field
- Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis
- Excellent communication and sensitive matter management skills
