Support a major oil and gas client as a Joint Venture Advisor in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Apply governance knowledge and business acumen across Atlantic Region assets. NSB Omega is searching for an Advisor who supports joint venture stewardship and timely internal and partner approvals. Reporting to the Manager, Joint Ventures and Long Range Planning, you will coordinate reporting, facilitate committees, and guide business teams on governance processes. This position suits an experienced professional with practical joint venture knowledge and strong stakeholder communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Support stewardship of Atlantic Region joint ventures Coordinate partner approvals and internal business team input Communicate accurate weekly and monthly reporting Prepare materials for committee discussions and decisions Provide guidance on governance, processes, and activities Requirements:
Minimum eight years of relevant experience, preferably oil and gas Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline Demonstrated business acumen Ability to build positive collaborative relationships CPA, P. Eng, MBA, or equivalent experience is an asset Use oil and gas experience, governance expertise, and clear communication to strengthen partner alignment across Atlantic Region ventures.
