Olympus Property is developing a future Maintenance Technician opportunity in the Denver area. The position handles resident maintenance requests across HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical fixtures, locks, and appliances. Technicians also support grounds, common areas, pools, inventory, and service tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance requests using plumbing and carpentry knowledge
- Perform HVAC preventative maintenance, filter replacement, and coil cleaning
- Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, switches, doors, and locks
- Track completed work and service requests through software systems
- Assist with grounds, common areas, pools, and shop organization
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of maintenance experience
- Commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance background
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or EPA/HVAC license
- Full-time availability Monday through Friday
- Availability for emergency maintenance requests as needed
