The Senior Demand Planner, Service Parts independently manages strategic and operational planning for the Olympus Canada Repair Center. You will use historical consumption, installed base, repair trends, and business inputs to forecast demand. The position coordinates replenishment, supply risks, service levels, and customer commitments while partnering across Service, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, Finance, and Global Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:
Own service parts demand forecasts and planning activities Maintain safety stock, replenishment parameters, and service-level targets Coordinate suppliers and Procurement for material availability Manage shortages, backorders, recovery plans, and constrained allocations Develop dashboards and lead planning improvement initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, analytics, or related field Five to seven-plus years of relevant planning experience Knowledge of forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment, and IBP Advanced SAP and Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills Bring demand planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination expertise to Olympus service parts operations in Richmond Hill.
