Key Responsibilities:
- Assist showroom and order desk customers with technical guidance
- Process phone, email, and in-person orders accurately
- Coordinate deliveries and resolve shipping issues with warehouse teams
- Maintain organized orders, quotes, and communication records
- Promote products and maintain showroom displays and samples
Requirements:
- One to three years of inside sales or customer service experience
- High school diploma required; related post-secondary courses preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills
- ERP or order entry experience is an asset
- Ability to lift twenty-five pounds and work Sundays
